CCDO Demolition and Refurbishment Operative (3 Year Card)
The CCDO Demolition and Refurbishment Operative (Red) Card qualifies individuals in the demolition of non-load bearing structures and the removal of fixtures and fittings as well as using mechanical hand tools. The red card is valid for 3 years and is non-renewable. Red cardholders must complete NVQ Level 2 within the 3-year time frame to convert the card to a fully qualified Blue Demolition and Refurbishment Operative card.
Duties
- The demolition of non-load bearing structures.
- The removal of fixtures, fittings, and fully isolated M&E.
- Using mechanical hand tools and will carry out additional skills training such as working at height where required.
- Segregate materials for recycling.
Pre-requisites

Must have held a Demolition Labourer card or have a minimum of 1 years Demolition Industry experience. To obtain a Demolition Labourers Level 1 card, you must meet all the pre-requisites for that card and complete the 1-day course with Level 1 test pass.
