Abrasive Wheels Details
The course is for those who use portable grinding, cutting equipment and bench grinders. Candidates are taught the safe use of abrasive wheels and discs, including the correct selection and mounting skills. Candidates are given a partial face fit test on the RPE issued for use by their employers, who are later informed of the results.
For this reason, all attendees attending this course are required to bring:
- Safety Boots
- Flame Retardant Overalls
- BSEN166.B Goggles
- Gloves EN388-3332 or above
