CCDO Demolition And Refurbishment Operative (5 Year Card)

The CCDO Demolition And Refurbishment Operative card qualifies individuals in the demolition of non-load bearing structures and the removal of fixtures and fittings as well as using mechanical hand tools. Individuals holding this qualification must have passed the Level 2 Demolition & Refurbishment NVQ. The blue card is valid for 5 years and is renewable.

CCDO Demolition And Refurbishment Operative (5 Year Card)

Duties

  • The demolition of non-load bearing structures.
  • The removal of fixtures, fittings, and fully isolated M&E.
  • Using mechanical hand tools and will carry out additional skills training such as working at height where required.
  • Segregate materials for recycling.

Pre-requisites

Must have completed the Apprenticeship course or hold a red (3 Year) Demolition and Refurbishment Operative CCDO Card. You must have also achieved a Level 2 Demolition & Refurbishment NVQ. Find out more about the course and check you have the right card:

Current Demolition Specialist or above Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Touchscreen Test Pass. You can take your HSE Test Pass at NDTG's Training Centre in Hemel Hempstead, just call 01442 217 144 (Option 2) to book. Member price: £30+VAT per person. Non-Member price: £60+VAT per person.
